Solar pump set bids canceled
The Telangana government canceled the tenders for installation of solar pump sets
to strengthen the agricultural connection up to 500 MW after detecting irregularities in the
selection of the lowest bidder.
The Government much interested to install solar pump sets in agricultural fields

Google launches Ebola Fund
Google launched a campaign on Monday to raise fund to fight Ebola. Google founder Larry Page down $10 million and his family's foundation is contributing $15 million to the cause, and also saying it will match donations to fund two to one. " Our hearts go out to everyone whose lives have been touched by this tragedy" Page said in a blog post.

indicated that the 2 for 1 dollar match will continue until $7.5 million more in donations were collected.

TS will spend Rs.750 crores for RR alignment
The TS government has decided to rectify the alignment of 'Rajiv Rahadair'
Hyderabad- Karimnagar-Mancherial road by constructing by -pass roads in 10 villages
flyovers at three places and bus -bays and shelters at 68 places at an estimated cost of
Rs.750 crore.
KCR directed the officials to construct by-pass roads at Pragnapur,Kukkarupalli,
Gauraram,Vantimamidipalli,Turkapalli,Duddeda,Mulugu,Kodakandla,Ramunipatla and
Ibrhimnagar,
He asked the authorities to plan flyovers at Shamirpet,Siddipet and Elkaturthi,
and creation of road side amenties including cafeteria,fuel,toilets,parking place in
15 acres land each at Siddipet and between Sultanabad and Peddapalli.and extend the
state highway till Chandra in Adilabad District.
Extending four lane road from Yadagirigutta
to warangal including construction of by-pass roads at Warangal,Jangaon and Alair.
KCR also asked the officials to take up-gradation of state highways of Jagitial-Karimnagar-Warangal
, Kuravai-Khammam-Kodad and Nizampet-Narayanakhed-Bidar as national highways.

Hyderabad and Banglore are allowed to withdraw money and/or carry out non-financial transctions
like mini-statements at ATMs of banks, where they hold saving/current accounts, free
of charges only five times a month, after that every transaction will be charged Rs.20.
FREE Usage of other bank ATMs is 3 only. This limitation is not apply on small/no-frills or
basic savings bank deposit account holders who will continue to enjoy five free

SB account holders will remain unchanged upon using other bank ATMs.

ఇక నిర్భంద విద్య గురించి వచ్చే సంవత్సరం ఆలోచన చేస్తారట ఎప్పుడో మొదలు కావాల్సిన మోడల్ స్కూల్స్ ఇప్పటికి పూర్తి స్థాయి లో నడవడం లేదు ,ఈటెల రాజేందర్ హుజురాబాద్ లోనే మోడల్ స్కూల్లేదు అలాంటిది ప్రైవేటు స్కూల్ ల ఆదిపత్యాన్ని ఎదురించి నిర్భంద విద్య ను కొనసాగిస్తారా అంటే డౌటే అన్పిస్తుంది ,ఋణ మాఫీ అని చెప్పి 25% మాత్రమే చెల్లించారు , మూత పడిన ప్రభుత్వ స్కూల్స్ ఓపెన్ చేసి మేము ప్రస్తుతానికి వీటిలోనే నిర్భంద విద్య ను అందిస్తామంటే ఇక పాత కథే .
వీటి నే అస్త్రాలు గా చేసుకొని కతులు దుసేందుకు ప్రతి పక్షాలు సిద్దముగా ఉన్నాయి . ప్రజాస్వామ్యం లో బలమైన ప్రతిపక్షం లేకపోతే ప్రజలకు న్యాయం జరగడం కలే అవుతుంది .
పేదలకు డబల్ బెడ్ రూం ఇల్లు అనేది కూడా ఒక కల గానే మిగులుతుంది . ఎందుకంటే అవి ఒక గుంట భూమి లేని వారికి మాత్రమే కట్టిచ్చి ఇస్తారట ,ఈ లెక్కన మండలానికి పది మంది లబ్ది దారులు కూడా ఉండక పోవచ్చు .

తెలంగాణ కు 14 వ ఆర్థిక సంఘం భరోస
కొత్త గా ఏర్పడిన రాష్ట్రానికి అనేక సవాల్లున్నాయని వాటిని అర్థం చేసుకొని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం లోని 25 శాఖలకు కేంద్రం నుంచి గ్రాంట్లు గ రూ . 23,475.34 కోట్లు ఇవ్వాలని రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి కెసిఆర్ 14 వ ఆర్థిక సంఘాన్ని కోరడం జరిగింది .
చెరువుల పునరుద్ధరణకు ,వాటర్ గ్రిడ్ ల నిర్మాణానికి, వెనుకబడిన ప్రాంతాల అభివృద్ధి కి , సంక్షేమ పథకాల అమలుకు ఇతోధికంగా నిధులు కేటాయించాలని కోరారు .
వెనుకబడిన కులాలకు సమగ్రాభివృద్ది కి ఐదేళ్ళ కాలం లో 25,000 కోట్లు , ఎస్సి ల కోసం 50,000 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేస్తామని కెసిఆర్ ఆర్థిక సంఘానికి వివరించారు .
ప్రజల సమస్యల పరిష్కారం కోసం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కృత నిశ్చయం తో పని చేస్తుందని 14 వ ఆర్ధిక సంఘం చైర్మన్ డాక్టర్ వై వి రెడ్డి ప్రశంసించారు . అవసరాల మేరకు నిధులు ఇస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు .

కొత్త రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత చాల మందికి పని లేకుండా పోయింది పైగా అపోజిషన్ వాళ్ళ కు కూడా , ఏది చేద్దామన్న కొండను డీ కొట్టి న ఎలుక పరిస్థితి లా ఉంది . అసలే కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం అందునా కెసిఆర్ కు వ్యతిరేకంగా మాట్లాడటం అంటే మామూలు విషయం కాదు , లగడపాటి లాంటి వల్లే రాజకీయ సన్యాసం తీసుకున్నారు .
దళితున్ని ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి ని చేసిన కెసిఆర్ ను పొగిడిన వాళ్ళెంత మందో తెలియదు కానీ పిలవని పేరంటానికి వెళ్లినట్టు మందకృష్ణ రాజయ్య విషయం లో దూరి కులం పేరుతో నానా యాగి చేస్తున్నాడు ,నిజానికి కులం సేవ చేయాలంటే ఎన్నో మార్గాలున్నాయి ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి తో కలిసి తన కుల సమస్యల ను పరిష్కరించుకుంటే అది కులానికి మంచిది చేసినందుకు అతనికి పేరు ఉంటది . ఎవరికీ ఉపయోగపడని పని ఎందుకు .
తన రాజకీయానికి మాత్రమె కులాన్ని ఉపయోగించే నాయకులను కులం కూడా క్షమించదు .
కెసిఆర్ నాకు తండ్రి లాంటి వాడు కొడుకును అన్నట్టు అన్నడు అందులో తప్పేం లేదు అని స్వయంగా ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి వివరణ ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత కూడా మళ్లీ మందకృష్ణ సీన్ లోకి ఎందుకు వచినట్లో అందరికి తెలిసిన సత్యమే .. పోలవరం ముంపు మండలాలను కలుపుకొని తెలంగాణా లో మొఖం లేని రాజకీయ పార్టీ లు కొత్త గా ఒక రాజకీయ చదరంగాన్ని నడుపాలి అది కూడా కులం పేరు తో చేస్తే ఆ కులం వాళ్ళ మద్దతు కూడా ఉంటది .. ఆట అప్పుడు ఈజీ గా ఉంటది చివరాకరకు ఈ నాటకం నడిపిన వ్యక్తి కి డబ్బో లేదా ఓ పదవి పడేస్తే సరి .. ఇవి నక్క జితుల తెలుగు బాబు కు తెలువని విద్య కాదు .
సమాజం మారి పోతుంది మనం మారాలి ఇంకా ఆంధ్ర పార్టీ ల తోతుల కు ఇక్కడ ఎవరు మదతు ఇస్తరు . కులం మంచి కోరి కులానికి ఉపయోగపడే పనులు చేస్తే మంచిది. కేవలం రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనాల కోసం కులాన్ని వాడుకుంటే ఆ కులం వాళ్ళు కూడా క్షమించరు .

మీడియా లో అవినీతికి వికృత రూపం
టీవీ 9 క్రైమ్ న్యూస్ యాంకర్ హర్షవర్ధన్ అరెస్ట్ తో మీడియా పేరుతో సమాజంలో ఎం జరుగుతుందో జనాలకు తెలిసి వచ్చింది . ఒకప్పుడు రిపోర్టర్లు ఎప్పుడు ప్రజల సమస్యల పై పోరాడే వారు . ఇప్పటి తరంలో కొందరు కేవలం paid న్యూస్ ను మాత్రమే ప్రెసెంట్ చేస్తున్నారు . ఈ రోజుల్లో మండల స్థాయి విలేకరి అంటే ఆ హోదా వేరు ఎప్పుడు పోలీస్ ల టచ్ లో ఉండటం చిన్న చితక కేసు అయితే మధ్యవర్తిత్వం వహించడం సాదారణ విషయం . ఒకప్పుడు రౌడి లు మాములు వసూలు చేసేవారు ,ఇపుడు రౌడీలకు అంత సీన్ లేదు ఎందుకంటే ఎవరైనా పోలీస్ ల కు ఫోన్ చేస్తే వీని తాట తీస్తరు ,అదే పోలీస్ ల తో రోజు టచ్ లో ఉండే రౌడి ల్లాంటి వాళ్ళైతే సమస్య ఉండదు . ఏదో సినిమా మీటింగ్ లో తన కవర్ తనకు రాలేదని మీడియా మిత్రులు గొడవ పడడం వెబ్ మీడియా లో వచ్చిన విషయం గుర్తుకు వస్తుంది
ఎన్ని సమస్యలున్న ఎప్పటికి ఒకే రకం వార్తలు రావడం మనం చూస్తుంటాం . స్కూల్ స్టార్ట్ అవ్వగానే ఫీజులు ఎక్కువైన నానా యాగి చేస్తరు తరువాత కొన్ని రోజులకు కామ్ ఐపోతరు ఎందుకో అర్థం కాదు . ప్రతి మండల కేంద్రం లో వేలాది అక్రమ ఫైనాన్సు కంపెనీ లు నడుస్తున్నాయి ,3 నుండి 15 రూపాయల వరకు వడ్డీ కి ఇవ్వడం తీసుకున్న వ్యక్తి ఇవ్వక పోతే పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ కు రావడం రోజు జరిగే తంతే కాని ఈ వార్త ల ను ప్రచారం చేసి ప్రజలను వాటి భారి నుండి రక్షించే పని చేయరు . రేషన్ బియ్యాన్ని సిల్క్ పాలిష్ చేసి తిరిగి మార్కెట్ కు అమ్మే విషయాలు రిపోర్టర్ల కు తెలియకుండా ఉంటుందా ,నీలి కిరోసిన్ ను పెట్రోల్ పంప్ ల కు సరఫరా చేయడం ఇది సమత్సరాలుగా దాదాపు అన్ని మండల స్థాయి లో జరుగుతున్న వ్యవహారం ,ఈ వార్తలు రావు ఎందుకంటే ఆయ వ్యక్తులు ప్రముఖ న్యూస్ రిపోర్టర్ల తో టచ్ లో ఉంటారు కాబట్టి . ఒక న్యూస్ యాంకర్ 5 కోట్లు డిమాండ్ చేస్తే ఓనర్ పరిస్థితి ఏందీ . ఒక ఛానల్ పెట్టి అనతి కాలం లోనే అన్ని భాషలకు విస్తరించవచ్చు
