As per the RBI's new guidelines bank customers in six metros Delhi,Mumbai,Chennai,Kolkata,
Hyderabad and Banglore are allowed to withdraw money and/or carry out non-financial transctions
like mini-statements at ATMs of banks, where they hold saving/current accounts, free
of charges only five times a month, after that every transaction will be charged Rs.20.
FREE Usage of other bank ATMs is 3 only. This limitation is not apply on small/no-frills or
basic savings bank deposit account holders who will continue to enjoy five free
transactions. At places other than the 6 metros the facility of 5 free transactions for
SB account holders will remain unchanged upon using other bank ATMs.
