కెసిఆర్ తీరు తో ఉస్మానియా కాంపస్ ఒక్కసారి వేడెక్కింది . కాంట్రాక్టు ఉద్యోగుల ను పెర్మనెంట్ చేస్తామని తెరాస తన మేనిఫెస్టో లో పెట్టిన సంగతి అందరికి తెలిసిన విషయమే. ఉద్యమ  సమయంలో కొత్త ఉద్యోగాల గురించి ఉస్మానియా కాంపస్ లో నేతలు  మాటలు మరిచినట్టున్నారు. నవ తెలంగాణా లో మాకు ఉద్యోగాలు వస్తాయని గంపెడు ఆశలు పెట్టుకున్న విద్యార్థులకు కాబినెట్ సమావేశంలో ఎలాంటి ఉద్యోగ ప్రకటన ల ప్రస్తావన లేకపోవడం తో విద్యార్థులు  ఆందోళన చెందుతున్నారు . కాంట్రాక్టు కార్మికుల ఎంపిక లో పారదర్శికత లోపించడం వలన బ్యాక్ డోర్ ద్వారా ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల  విశ్వ విద్యాలయల నుండి పొందిన డిగ్రీ ల  ద్వారా ఎక్కువ మంది ఉద్యోగాలు  పొందినట్టు  సమాచారం ,అదే జరిగితే నిజమైన ప్రతిభ కల్గిన విద్యార్థులు జరిగే నష్టం అపారమైనది.  సమస్య చిన్నదిగా ఉన్నప్పుడే పరిష్కరిచడం ఉత్తమం.
